This spring, we're doing picnics a little differently...

Meet your pony at The Stables, spend some time grooming and getting to know them, add a few

pretty spring touches to their mane and then set off together for a gentle guided walk through the farm trails.

Your pony will carry the picnic basket while you enjoy the scenery, take ALL the photos and

experience the farm on foot together.

When you return to The Stables, your styled picnic will be waiting,

Settle in for Build-Your-Own Waffle picnic - with fresh mini waffles, ice cream & sprinkles with refreshing iced tea.

And, of course, there will be treats for your pony too. 🤍

without actually riding a horse - this is it.

From grooming your pony and decorating their mane to walking through the farm landscape and enjoying a beautiful picnic together, there are photo moments from beginning to end.

No horse riding or previous horse experience is required.

Spring Launch Price

Adults - R1,000 pp
Children 3-13 years - R700 pp
Children under 3 - FREE when sharing Mom or Dad's pony and picnic.

Maximum 4 paying guests per session.

​

Our small group size is intentional, giving you plenty of individual time with the ponies and keeping the experience relaxed, personal and exclusive.

Bringing Children?

Children under 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.

All accompanying adults must book and pay for a place. Pony Picnic Club is a fully hosted experience rather than a spectator activity, and everyone joining the pony walk and picnic forms part of the booking.

Children under 3 may join a paying parent free of charge and share their parent's pony and picnic.

Important

Pony Picnic Club does NOT include horse riding.

Guests will walk alongside and lead their ponies under the guidance of The Stables team.
