Are horse rides suitable for beginners?Absolutely! Our horse rides cater to riders of all levels, including beginners. Our experienced guides will provide instructions and ensure that you feel comfortable and safe throughout the ride.

What should I wear for a horse ride?We recommend wearing comfortable - such as boots or sneakers. No sandals or high heels. Long pants - no shorts, skirts or dresses. Sunscreen is also advisable. Helmets will be provided for your safety.

Is there a weight limit for riders?For the well-being of our horses, we have a weight limit of 100 kilograms for all riders.

Do I need to make a reservation in advance?Yes, bookings must be made in advance to ensure availability. Popular timeslots may fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons. On the day bookings cannot be guaranteed.

What happens in case of bad weather?Your safety and comfort are our top priorities. In the event of inclement weather, such as heavy rain or strong winds, we may need to reschedule your ride. We will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

What is your cancellation policy?Kindly note that once a booking is made, we do not refund cancellations. You will only have the option to postpone to a different date. No refunds will be given for any cancellation. Time slots and dates can only be rescheduled more than 24 hours in advance - subject to availability. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours in advance you will not receive the option to postpone to a different time or date.

Can I bring my own horse for a ride?Yes! We accommodate groups of riders with their own horses. This must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance. Please contact us for more info.

Can I bring treats for the horses?While we appreciate your love for our horses, for their safety and well-being, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing treats for them. Our team takes care of their dietary needs and ensures they receive appropriate nutrition. You can purchase specialised treat packs for the horses after your ride and the guides will assist you with feeding the right horses.

Do you offer advanced rides?Yes we do! This is only available for advanced riders - you must have at least 1 year of current experience. This cannot be booked online - please send an email request to find out about availability. If this is not arranged beforehand, you will only walk on the ride.
